To find your player enter the code given at the photo shoot. If you don't have the sheet anymore, no worries, it is easy to figure out. All codes start with AZB25- Then add the Division code, D1, D2, D3, D4, or D5, and then the jersey number. So, if I am a D2 player and my jersey number was 78 this would be my code: AZB25-D2-78
